Who we are?
Lom was founded in 2019 as an agro-industrial company, initially focused on livestock and pig farming.
Since its inception, it has maintained a sustainable and technological identity, linking productive projects to drive circular economy initiatives in the country.
In addition to our original business lines, at Lom, we have expanded our scope to include the sale of pork, the establishment of forest plantations, and the management of Manakao brand cocoa cultivation.

Forest Plantation: Contributing to Environmental Balance
We plant Eucalyptus urograndis as a timber and biochar project. This plantation not only captures CO2 but also provides shade for livestock and food for our bees.
Carbon Credits: Contributing to a Sustainable Future
In collaboration with Sosty and Carbono local, we have joined Carbon Project ID 3927 to market carbon credits generated in our regenerative livestock farming. We are also exploring carbon credit projects for capture in cultivation and biodiversity in the La Serranía region, in partnership with the Cataruben foundation.
Organic Fertilizers: Enriching the Soil Responsibly
Rich in nutrients, pig manure is the main fertilizer for our soils. Its application, along with agroecological practices such as vermiculture and composting, enriches the soil and enhances the productivity of pastures, livestock, and cocoa.
Sustainable Beekeeping: Caring for Biodiversity Through Bees
Our bees are essential for pollination and the healthy life of the ecosystem. We breed bees to preserve biodiversity in the Orinoquía, producing over 100 kg of honey per year.
